Inspiration

Lately, pinterest has been my go to happy place. I know I'm supposed to say I love it for the design pictures, but really - I love it for the beautiful quotes and saying! What can I say? I'm a sucker for some good written inspiration.

My favorite saying is actually "Wherever you go, there you are" but I couldn't find a pretty image of that one. It is something my dad used to say when I was growing up and it has really stuck with me.

Do you have a favorite quote or saying?

  1. Total quote junkie here! I have a Pinterest board just for quotes too. My favorites are probably:

"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." ~ Neale Donald Walsh

"We must be willing to get rid of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us." ~ Joseph Campbell

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight as a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." ~ Anais Nin

  2. I love the first on! I don't want to be that persons who sends someone over the edge so I am just going to assume everyone is on it! I love quotes but stink at remembering them! :)

  5. My favorite is from a Harry Potter book; I want to say it's from The Order of the Phoenix. Dumbledore says it: "It is our choices, Harry, that show who we truly are, far more than our abilities."

  21. Okay, #3 with the tear-offs is absolutely hysterical! I love it.

My favorite quote of all time is...

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."
    Theodore Roosevelt
    26th president of US (1858 - 1919)
